How long is the Fellowship?
The Fellowship program is 12 months.

What is the purpose of the Fellowship?
The aim of the Fellowship is to educate participants on various aspects of alternative investments and strengthen them as candidates for positions in this highly competitive industry at the end of  their two-year analyst programs.  The program also sharpening Fellows' relevant skills for their current roles as analysts.

What is the timing of the application/interview process?

Is it a paid Fellowship?
No, Fellows will not be paid. The Fellowship is an educational program designed to complement the learning that is occurring while individuals are employed as full-time analysts.

Is there an application fee?
No, there is no fee to apply or become a fellow.

Will Fellows be given job offers?
The Fellowship is purely an educational program; there is no promise of employment, although the Fellowship is designed to better position participants to work in the alternative investments sector within a stand-alone firm or an investment bank, or within the sector, post their analyst programs.

When are Fellowship activities held?
Events are scheduled outside of work hours, during breakfast sessions and on Saturdays, so as not to disrupt work obligations or the work day.

The turnaround time for College Board Score Reports is 4-6 weeks for some applicants.  Will SEO accept an online printout or pdf Score Report from the College Board?
Yes, SEO will accept an online College Board Score Report printout or a pdf as proof of record.

I only took the ACT, not the SAT.  Will be ACT scores be accepted in lieu of SAT scores for Fellowship consideration?
Yes, SEO will consider applicants with only an ACT score.
